Must reside within the incorporated limits of the City of Fowler, within the City's approved Sphere of Influence, or within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Fowler Unified School District
Meetings held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 128 S. 5th St, Fowler, CA.
